will now be openinfra-events.
openstack-diversity will now be openinfra-diversity.
openstack-foundation will now be openinfra.
openstack-board will come later after we can get op rights and
register the channel.

This servers were spun up to handle extra load to the openstackid
service during the virtual summit. The load is no longer present and we
have been asked to dial back to the normal setup for this service.
Clean these servers up to stop using unneeded resources. We will start
by removing them from inventory, then dns, and then shut them down. If
everything continues to look happy after that we will delete them.

This will scale up our meetpad install by 50% giving us more capacity
for PTG sessions.
We also increase the tox linters job timeout as it is slow pip
installing then slow running ansible-lint. Do this until we can sort out
why it is slow.

Virtual summit fun! We need more capacity for openstackid. smarcet says
there isn't really any shared state so this hsould be safe then we can
sort out a load balancer.

This should only land after we've launched a new nb03.opendev.org
running with the new nodepool arm64 docker image. Once that happens and
we are happy with how it is running we can safely stop managing the
existing nb03.openstack.org server with puppet.

The Virtual Project Teams Gathering has concluded, so scale back the
JVB pool for now to free up quota.
This reverts commit 3bfaf0212aa30d0ccb28f909f8f2ae0640449a33.

We are scaling up for the PTG. After the PTG we may be able to delete
all of these depending on continued use.

This will start the meetpad scaling process. This relies on existing
groups for jvb servers that are tested by system-config-run-meetpad.
This should install the jvb service with docker and join it to our
existing meetpad cluster.

The time has come for me to step down my infra-root duties. Sadly, my
day to day job is no longer directly related to openstack-infra, and
finding it difficult to be involved in 'infra-root' capacity to help the
project.
Thanks to everything on the infra team, everybody is awesome humans! I
hope some time in the future I'll be able to get move involved with the
opendev.org effort, but sadly today isn't that day.

People are starting to use this service so having performance metrics
over time is a good thing. We also want to avoid having our cert expire
unexpectedly.

New opendev.org CI mirrors for OVH regions. The old BHS1 mirror was
in the openstack.org domain, so is added new. There was an old GRA1
mirror in the opendev.org domain, so remote it and increment the
ordinal in its short hostname to avoid a collision in the inventory
cache.
This is being done to switch to un-billed flavors in this provider,
to simplify internal billing for their donation of resources.

Remove some unused OpenStack IRC channels from our meetbot and
statusbot configs. These were all discussed in an openstack-discuss
ML thread in March, and nobody has raised any objection:
http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-discuss/2020-March/013257.html
A follow-up notification about this change is being sent to the ML
as well.

Zuul is publishing lovely container images, so we should
go ahead and start using them.
We can't use containers for zuul-executor because of the
docker->bubblewrap->AFS issue, so install from pip there.
Don't start any of the containers by default, which should
let us safely roll this out and then do a rolling restart.
For things (like web or mergers) where it's safe to do so,
a followup change will swap the flag.

(already have a mailing list and Git repository in OpenDev), and are
interested in having some of OpenDev's bots assist with their IRC
channels as well. Add these channels to the bot configurations.
