Adam Gandelman 23b28cb8d9 Consolidate and rename Ironic jobs

This gets rid of the redundant Ironic jobs and configures all Ironic devstack
jobs to run with VIRT_DRIVER=ironic.  This also configures deploy driver and
exposes that in the job name.  To avoid copy/paste of the huge Ironic devstack
shell builder, a temporary macro s added that will be removed once we can
minimally define the Ironic devstack jobs.

Puppet Modules

These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack Project infrastructure.

The main entry point is in manifests/site.pp.

In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.

These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
