Add a new job template for translation management. Add two jobs for translation management. The first will will update transifex with the new .pot and .po files after every merge to a project. The second will commit the new .pot and .po files and submit for review once a day. Add puppet manifest for the slave that these jobs will be running on. Apply the template to nova. These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack CI infrastructure.
The main entry point is in manifests/site.py.
In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.
These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
