Jeremy Stanley 5301a77462 Update project renaming procedures. 
* doc/source/gerrit.rst: Update project renaming procedures to take
the new project management automation into account and to cover some
caveats specific to org moves. Also correct a few typos and
omissions along the way.

These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack CI infrastructure.

The main entry point is in manifests/site.py.

In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.

These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
