Py docker 7.0.0 introduced an incompatibility with old python docker-compose. Pin it to the older version to ensure compatibility. An ansible role to install docker in the OpenStack infra production environment
This also installs a log redirector for syslog `docker-
tags. For most containers, they can be setup in the compose file with a
section such as:
