Sean Dague 65da240f37 change 3 hr jobs to 2 hrs 
we've never seen a valid job exceed 2 hrs, and the inner timeout
calculation is now working correctly to ensure that we always get
log results. It's thus safe to go back to a 2hr timeout, which
will also help when jobs actually go off the rails in a bad way
and drive all the way to a full timeout.

These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack Project infrastructure.

The main entry point is in manifests/site.pp.

In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.

These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
