Jeremy Stanley 876979a1c3 Move ceilometer from stackforge to openstack.
Following a successful incubation period, the Ceilometer project is
moving from the StackForge ecosystem organization to become an official
OpenStack project. This handles the Jenkins job renames and git project
name references within jobs.

These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack CI infrastructure.

The main entry point is in manifests/site.py.

In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.

These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
