Jeremy Stanley 8bf7c2f8b6 Correct github description of oslo-incubator. 
* modules/openstack_project/templates/review.projects.yaml.erb: The
original description of openstack/openstack-common on github was out
of date since the rename to openstack/oslo-incubator. This patch
attempts to push an updated project description [provided by Mark
McLoughlin] to github through our project management automation
mechanism.

These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack CI infrastructure.

The main entry point is in manifests/site.py.

In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.

These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
