Clark Boylan 95b4b67e3d Run python-cinderclient through devstack-gate. 
Cinder is now the default for Grizzly so nova depends on cinderclient.
Because of this new hard dependency we need to make sure that
python-cinderclient is being run through the devstack-gate integration
testing. Make it so.

These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack CI infrastructure.

The main entry point is in manifests/site.py.

In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.

These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
