This new Noble server will replace the old tracing01 server. The LE
config is already templated out in group_vars so there is no need to
edit host_vars for cert details. We also don't appear to rely on any
secret vars. Adding the host to inventory and updating the
system-config-run job nodeset to match should be sufficient.
