Sean Dague d7ee5480a4 use run-tests.sh for test running ...

use the utility run-tests.sh (provided in commit:
I7450913f78e0c50194cb68096edbaf52259bb80f ) to loop over all
the test-*.sh test files. That was the intent, but not the
implementation, of the last patch.
