Jeremy Stanley e822538613 Add Python 3.3 PyPI mirror jobs 
* .../files/jenkins_job_builder/config/mirror.yaml: Add jobs to
update pypi.openstack.org from the mirror33 slave both periodically
and on demand. This will ensure that any Python 3.3 specific
dependencies are captured appropriately.

* .../files/zuul/layout.yaml: Run the .*-mirror-python33 jobs any
time we also run the equivalent python26 or python27 jobs.

These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack Project infrastructure.

The main entry point is in manifests/site.pp.

In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.

These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
