Clark Boylan e8606a02d9 Add zuul status url to zuul config. 
Zuul can now provide links to the status page if a url for that page is
included in the zuul configuration. Add the status_url option to the
zuul config erb and default it to https://$fqdn/zuul/status.

These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack CI infrastructure.

The main entry point is in manifests/site.py.

In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.

These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
