[DOC BLD FIX] correct formatting errors in datera driver
The datera iSCSI driver had a number of docstring formatting errors that needed to be corrected to prevent Sphinx from generating errors. This patch corrects those errors. Change-Id: I6911409071ad703552a13c0923ebdfacdaf1c07c
