Update NEC driver manual and support matrix.

In NEC driver manual, add new NEC Storage models and update setup
instructions.

In support matrix, fix NEC Storage column. The driver does support
Thin Provisioning, and Volume Migration (Storage Assisted).
It does not support Snapshot Attachment.
