As I explained in my blueprint,
this patch completes Fujitsu ETERNUS DX Volume Driver.
Fujitsu ETERNUS DX Volume Driver consists of two parts, iSCSI and FC.
The iSCSI part [1] had been reviewed and
thanks to the nice reviews, it's merged.
The iSCSI and FC parts have a lot of common codes,
and all the common codes are included in the iSCSI part.
