Keystone API v2 was deprecated in Mitaka and uses "project"
instead of "tenant" in V3 now.

This patch change the "tenant" to "project" in Cinder API v3 doc.

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
