Sandeep Pawar 2902da9c58 Implementation of cinder driver for Veritas HyperScale
This is an implementation of a Cinder driver for Veritas HyperScale
which is a high performance block storage provider for OpenStack.
This implementation features all necessary Cinder functionality
including volume attach, detach and snapshot management.
