TommyLike a4fd21c8a1 Unify host naming in readme file

As we use 'mariadb', 'rabbitmq' in both cinder config
file and docker compose file, replace the 'dbhost' with 'mariadb'
and 'rabbit' with 'rabbitmq' to eliminate confusion.
