b5974ad713 Build tinyipa with tinycore 14.x 
- update kernel module versions
- mount efivar partition manually as it's not done automatically
anymore in recent kernels
- link /bin/sh to bash as it's not done automatically anymore

011131ab05 Use tinycore 12 to build tinyipa 
Tinycore 12.x is out, let's use it to build tinyipa.

- Adapt packages installation lists.
- Use 5.10.3 instead of 5.4.3 in fakeuname to sync with the new kernel.
- Patch ipmitool to fix issue when compiling with gcc version 10.x or
higher.

5e72595a73 Use tinycore 11 to build tinyipa 
We should take advantage of the latest tinycore image version to
build ipa ramdisks, just to be able to use kernel from series 5.x

531167c2d5 Upgrade to tinycore 10.x 
Upgrading tinycore from version 9.x to 10.x
This change was merged [1] and reverted [2], let's give it another
try and eventually discuss about possible issues.

717a8628f0 Sync package requirements from IPA repo 
There were two packages added to IPA repo but not
here, make them synced as we are switching to use
this repo. Package list is sorted.
