It is not always convenient to use the the given
admin project and admin user; especially when some clouds
use different user and project for there keystone 'admin'
This allows setting the variables for these users to something
else, and defaults them to there current values of 'admin'.

By default, kolla configure docker to use an insecure connection
with the private registry. If we want to use SSL verification we need
to add an option.

Support Kolla Ceph to deploy blustore OSDs with Kolla-ansible.
Please refer to [1] for bluestore OSD configuration
The patch includes:
1. Set Ceph OSD store type group_vars/all.yml. The default value
is "bluestore" in Rocky.
2. Make Kolla Ceph to deploy bluestore OSDs with Kolla-ansible
3. Update gate test configuration for Ceph bluestore OSD test

Some services were enabled by default which, even though they were
never deployed when prometheus wasn't enabled, could cause problems
if the monitoring inventory group was empty. Changed these services
to be enabled based on whether prometheus is enabled.

NSXV3 is the OpenStack support for the NSX Transformers platform.
This is supported from neutron in the Mitaka version. This patch
adds Kolla support
This adds a new neutron_plugin_agent type 'vmware_nsxv3'. The plugin
does not run any neutron agents.

Currently osprofiler only choose elasticsearch,
which is only supported on x86.
On other platform like aarch64 osprofiler can
not be used since no elasticsearch package.
Enable osprofiler by enable_osprofiler: "yes",
which choose elasticsearch by default.
Choose redis by enable_redis: "yes" & osprofiler_backend: "redis"
On platform without elasticsearch support like aarch64
set enable_elasticsearch: "no"

cAdvisor (Container Advisor) provides metrics on resource usage and
performance characteristics of running containers. This change
deploys a cadvisor container and configures prometheus to scrape
data from it.

glance_backend_file should be set to 'yes' if no other backends
are enabled. In all-Ceph clusters the best choice of backend is
Ceph. In non-Ceph clusters if Swift is enabled the latter is the
next best choice for Glance. With this fix default backend is
configured automatically and helps avoid non-ha file backend
issues after deployment.

This patch allows configuration of the Infoblox
pluggable IPAM driver in neutron [0].
When 'infoblox' is chosen as the driver, an Infoblox
IPAM agent can be started as well. The agent
allows for enhanced DNS capabilities by listening
for neutron and nova notifications.

This feature replaces splitting of compute hosts into inner
and external with a new variable 'neutron_compute_dvr_mode'
that controls whether computes will have full-blown DVR or
internal only (tenant) networking.

Clients usually have sophisticated logic for handling
key redistribution on node failure; so going under the
covers and messing with that is bad (because then the
clients and their sophisticated logic is unaware of
what is going on).
