939f2afdcb Remove the "nova-network" from the ansible 
The nova-network was deprecated, this patch to remove it
from the ansible role

a2707ecf00 Move manila-share service to network node 
After a research regarding manila-share node,
is required that for the generic driver the
manila-share service should be run on the network node.

As the generic driver is our default driver, so this change is needed.

ef1fd6b8c0 Custom policy files 
Allow operators to use their custom policy files.
Avoid maintain policy files in kolla repos, only copying
the files when an operator add their custom config.

9bfa1ae80c Enable release notes translation 
Releasenote translation publishing is being prepared. 'locale_dirs'
needs to be defined in conf.py to generate translated version of the
release notes.

Note that this repository might not get translated release notes - or
no translations at all - but we add the entry here nevertheless to
prepare for it.

96318fed5a Integrate gnocchi with ceph 
Gnocchi previously lacked high availability. We consider a lack of HA
in our a vast majority of operator oriented services to be a defective
design choice. this change integrates gnocchi with ceph to resolve the
the lack of HA.

cfe93911da Fix the url of Cinder endpoints 
When use "openstack endpoint list" to list the endpoints of

b2ad476a86 Update the order of release note page 
In order to support automatically updating the release notes when we
create stable branches, we want the pages to be in a standard order.
This patch updates the order to be reverse chronological, so the most
recent notes appear at the top.

As we talked in mail list, these two options should be marked for
deprecated and removed in future[0]. Customization footer/header block
are recommended to use.

d1673ad173 Allow operators to provision multiple physical networks 
Currently Kolla operators are restricted to configuring one physical
network (physnet1).

This change along with ml2_conf.ini augmentation can be used to setup
multiple physical networks in openvswitch.

E.g. To configure two physical networks, physnet1 and physnet2, with
ports eth1 and eth2 associated respectively:

In /etc/kolla/globals.yml, set

neutron_bridge_name: "br-ex,br-ex2"
neutron_external_interface: "eth1,eth2"

In /etc/kolla/config/neutron/ml2_conf.ini

[ovs]
bridge_mappings = physnet1:br-ex,physnet2:br-ex2
