66b91d8bd0 Remove doc build errors 
Gates only build deploy-guide docs, not every doc.
This change clean doc errors, only Line to long.

Also, removes doc/build folder in tox doc environment.
doc/build is folder where previus executions are stored
causing next execution to fail due rendered versions does
not follow doc style checks.

f6f99db4a2 Add cli options to cleanup-images 
Allow remove all kolla images
Allow remove specific kolla version images
Allow remove dangling images
Allow remove single images, all images matched

Usage examples:
   * cleanup-images --all
     - Remove all kolla images
   * cleanup-images --image-version 4.0.0
     - Remove all images matching 4.0.0 kolla_version
   * cleanup-images --dangling
     - Remove all dangling images
   * cleanup-images --image nova
     - Remove all nova images
   * cleanup-images --image nova-scheduler
     - Only remove nova-scheduler image

Implements: blueprint add-cleanup-images-cli-options

d64fc35aeb Clean up TODOs from live documentation 
TODOs showing up in ours docs look messy and are of no value to the
reader.

Remove these and log bugs for them to be written later.

c3d8262ec5 Add doc8 test and improve rst syntax 
This will test all rst files inside the doc directory for style issues with
doc8 (an opinionated style checker for rst styles of documentation).

This will fix all syntax issues identified by doc8 and will improve
the syntax.

426e637724 Implement Mitaka ODS Documentation structure

Lay groundwork for structure of new documentation layout.

Further work will finish the job on this doc work.

Note in a later change I793244c47ffbe0ba304e79bacf708494e59d99c4
ansible-deployment, deploy-all-in-one-node, and quickstart.rst
will be merged into one document.
