015ddb6e37 Enable InfluxDB TSI by default
The TSI is recommended for all users. Some of the key benefits are
a reduction in memory requirements and an increase in the maximum
number of time series. For more information see this link:

Make reporting of InfluxDB statistics opt-in rather than opt-out.

d9ce5cf6c0 Fix outdated InfluxDB configuration
Actual InfluxDB config is deprecated, it must be updated based on the
following documentation:
https://docs.influxdata.com/influxdb/v1.2/administration/config

* remove following options:
  lease-duration = "1m0s"
  pprof-enabled = false

49f7359b0c Added influxdb role
Added ansible role for influxdb

Introduced host groups for monitoring and influxdb and assign role

Monitoring is deployed on a separate node called monitoring01 by
default
