Andy McCrae 6225d1e274 Revert "Install curl for translations update"

The "pull catalog" option for the horizon-manage.py now uses requests
instead of curl, which means we no longer require curl.

This reverts commit d520752ea87e3d5752693472144092bfb726cfad.

OpenStack-Ansible Horizon

This Ansible role installs and configures OpenStack Horizon served by the Apache webserver. Horizon is configured to use Galera for session caching and Memcached for other caching.
