Markos Chandras 91171e2be8 tasks: horizon_install: Fix virtualenv-tools issue on openSUSE

openSUSE is also suffering from the same virtualenv-tools issue so
we need to remove the existing python-2.7 symlink.

OpenStack-Ansible Horizon

This Ansible role installs and configures OpenStack Horizon served by the Apache webserver. Horizon is configured to use Galera for session caching and Memcached for other caching.
