The current copyright refers to a non-existent group
"openstack helm authors" with often out-of-date references that
are confusing when adding a new file to the repo.
This change removes all references to this copyright by the
non-existent group and any blank lines underneath.

As all feature specific value overrides are moved into the component's
values_overrides folder to be used by zuul's feature gate, the old
overrides should be removed to reduce confusion as they are unused.

Current nova loci image build should account for the nova-novncproxy
image. We can and should reduce the number of images and just use
the loci image instead for the loci build. This applies only to the
Ocata release as newer releases already took this approach.

BGP-MPLS VPN extension allows attachment of Neutron networks and/or
routers to VPNs built in carrier provided WANs using these standard
protocols.

L2 Gateway (L2GW) is an API framework that offers bridging 2+
networks together to make them look as a single broadcast domain.
A typical use case is bridging the virtual with the physical networks.

This PS indroduces a simpler way to incorp over-rides into gate
runs, and also ensures that they are scoped to a single chart, rather
than all of the charts deployed within a gate run.

currently ironic chart is quite entangled with the presense of
other openstack services (Glance, Neutron, Swift).
Ironic is capable of running completely standalone, and while
the keystone and some neutron-related pieces are implemented as jobs
and can be turned off in manifests and dependencies sections of values,
others are scripts running as initContainers and are not the easy to
switch off.
This patch adds more key/values to the bootstrap key,
which allows to turn off Neutron-, Swift- and Glance-related pieces
while keeping possibility that some other networking, image or
object_store actions appropriate for standalone case may be needed.

Since rally 1.0, rally has been a platform for testing, and rally for
openstack has been separated by rally-openstack. The current version
of rally in openstack-helm is version 0.8 which corresponds to ocata.
This patch tests with the latest version of rally-openstack, version
1.3.0, and removes scenarios that are no longer in use.

With libvirt 2.0, when using qemu cpu mode is not properly
evaluated and need to be set to cpu_mode = none.
Add this option when kvm is not supported, otherwise user
will still facing errors when launching instances over qemu.

This patch set adds the pool timeout to the LDAP configuration sample.
Also, puts the LDAP pool timeout to a sensible 15 seconds rather than
-1 which can cause keystone to hang due to potential LDAP instability
or unavailability.

Some of the LDAP configurations were deprecated in N- or O-release have
been since removed, namely the option to allow for write operations in
LDAP. This is causing some issue with more recent releases of keystone
as discovered in [0]. This patch set removes them from the example to
avoid the errors for more recent releases without impacting N- or
O-releases as they were already deprecated at that point.
Also, this adds in a configuration sample that bootstraps an LDAP
domain by default.

This patch set adds a nv-gating with an OpenLDAP server with some sample
data loaded for development or testing use using a bootstrap job.
This patch set also adds confirming authentication works using domain-
specific configuration for keystone.
