Jean-Charles Lopez 05391252f8 Disable Ceph RADOS Gateway dynamic bucket resharding. 
Problem was discovered regarding issues being caused by RGW dynamic
bucket resharding. It is at this time recommended to disable this feature.

Openstack-Helm-Infra

Mission

The goal of OpenStack-Helm-Infra is to provide charts for services or integration of third-party solutions that are required to run OpenStack-Helm.
