Pete Birley 5bb772cf50 Neutron: Enable sharing of network namespaces with host
This PS enables sharing of network namespaces with the host,
allowing for hitless upgrades of agents, and much simpler debugging.

It does however require mount propogation to be enabled in kubernetes
which is a alpha gated feature introduced in 1.8, and enabled by default
as a beta feature in 1.10.

Mission

The goal of OpenStack-Helm is to provide a collection of Helm charts that simply, resiliently, and flexibly deploy OpenStack and related services on Kubernetes.

Please review our documentation. For quick installation, evaluation, and convenience, we have a kubeadm based all-in-one solution that runs in a Docker container. The Kubeadm-AIO set up can be found here.
