Renis 1907d08aff Document Ceph upgrade test scenario

Document process of upgrading Ceph version without
downtime for Openstack components.
- install ceph charts with luminous v12.2.4 images
- deploy Openstack charts
- update ceph chars to luminous v12.2.5
