Steve Wilkerson ef3adc4d0e Execute helm tests in osh-infra single node jobs 
This executes the helm tests for the single node jobs in
openstack-helm-infra for rabbitmq, elasticsearch, fluent-logging,
prometheus, and grafana.

Openstack-Helm-Infra

Mission

The goal of OpenStack-Helm-Infra is to provide charts for services or integration of third-party solutions that are required to run OpenStack-Helm.

For more information, please refer to the OpenStack-Helm repository.
