Pete Birley f569cf0d5c Ceph-Client: Add security context to chart and read-only-fs 
This PS adds the security context macros to the ceph-client chart,
and moves the default to read-only-rootfs for all containers.

Openstack-Helm-Infra

Mission

The goal of OpenStack-Helm-Infra is to provide charts for services or integration of third-party solutions that are required to run OpenStack-Helm.
