This removes the remaining legacy tests relating to openstack-ansible repositories including the cross-repo tests which were implemented for keystone, nova-lxd and ARA. The 'openstack-ansible' repo tests (both on-commit and periodic) are being replaced by [1]. The cross-repo tests will be re-implemented in a subsequent patch to each repository using [2] in a similar fashion to [3].
