Jesse Pretorius d9b8125322 Remove remaining legacy openstack-ansible tests

This removes the remaining legacy tests relating to
openstack-ansible repositories including the cross-repo
tests which were implemented for keystone, nova-lxd
and ARA.

The 'openstack-ansible' repo tests (both on-commit and
periodic) are being replaced by [1]. The cross-repo
tests will be re-implemented in a subsequent patch to
each repository using [2] in a similar fashion to
[3].

OpenStack Infra Zuul jobs

This repo contains a set of ansible playbooks which are used by the OpenStack project CI system Zuul. It also contains job and project-template definitions for the OpenStack project. You should edit these files to make configuration changes to OpenStack Infrastructure CI.
