func-test-machine jobs requires kvm setup on the CI machines allocated. However recently seems jobs are allocated to machines where KVM is not setup. Even though special nodesets are available to get machines with KVM for CI tests, gate tests should avoid using them as per infra team. Removing func-test-machine job from list of jobs to be executed. Change-Id: Id01f68b20231861392d05c111e872ddbafc2f2f5
