[tempest-k8s] Add tempest config overrides 
Add tempest config override for object storage.
Ceph reef supports SHA1 for hash tempurl related APIs
where as tempest uses SHA256 by default. Override
tempest config to use SHA1 for object-storage hash
calulation.

tempest-k8s

Tempest provides a set of integration tests to be run, in ad-hoc or periodic fasion, against a live OpenStack cluster for OpenStack API validation, scenarios, and other specific tests useful in validating an OpenStack deployment.

Other resources
