Subject: [PATCH] Cleanup pom.xml

* Remove redundant pdf generation sections
* Remove targetDirectory variable, the default is fine
* Properly set webhelpDirname
* Remove cleanup section from Install and Image Guides that
  are now not needed anymore due to the above changes
