[upstream] change version: 2014.11.01 -> 2016.2

Currently, when upstream training slide materials are linked to
somewhere, the following title will be shown:
"Commit messages - Upstream Training Guide 2014.11.01 documentation"

This is because of old version numbers.
Version numbers need to be changed accordingly following X.Y format.
