This patch removes the ad-hoc screenshots from the slides introducing
the git workflow. Instead of the pictures, selectable text is shown. To
improve consistency, all the snippets use the sandbox repositories
(instead of ceph-puppet) and the placeholder "USERNAME" for gerrit.

Move the archive items to one place on the web and add a new page
for training best practices for trainers and coaches based on the
experiences of the past few occasions.

It was intended that this be moved to the archive since we
haven't used it in the latest training. We cover some discussion
of stable branches elsewhere so it's not necessary to have a whole
slide deck in the agenda that we don't cover anyway.

This patch removes the image showing the changes to the global
event schedule. Since we are now past the change its not necessary to
show the old format. Instead, the slide explains the placement of the
events in the frame of a release.

There were a lot of images in the _assets directory
that were not being used in the slides. This patch deletes
those unused images.

The images were overlapping with the title of the slides.
With this change I introduce a new style with a 10 px bottom
padding and add it to every image which is right under a title
of a slide.

This updates the code-devstack slides to explain how
to use systemd instead of screen. It notes that sceen
is now deprecated. The exercise has been updated to
use systemd instead of screen.

This patch first adds to mention the criteria for AUC status
which was first announced by User Committee during Barcelona Summit
and finally landed to User Committee Charter.
Also, emphasizing election activities regarding Board Directors,
Technical Committees, User Committees, and PTLs will imply that OpenStack
governance is made with community activities and votes.
Finding who were elected and reading the candidacy would be meaningful
as exercises.
