Move the archive items to one place on the web and add a new page
for training best practices for trainers and coaches based on the
experiences of the past few occasions.

It was intended that this be moved to the archive since we
haven't used it in the latest training. We cover some discussion
of stable branches elsewhere so it's not necessary to have a whole
slide deck in the agenda that we don't cover anyway.

This patch removes the image showing the changes to the global
event schedule. Since we are now past the change its not necessary to
show the old format. Instead, the slide explains the placement of the
events in the frame of a release.

There were a lot of images in the _assets directory
that were not being used in the slides. This patch deletes
those unused images.

The images were overlapping with the title of the slides.
With this change I introduce a new style with a 10 px bottom
padding and add it to every image which is right under a title
of a slide.

This updates the code-devstack slides to explain how
to use systemd instead of screen. It notes that sceen
is now deprecated. The exercise has been updated to
use systemd instead of screen.

This patch first adds to mention the criteria for AUC status
which was first announced by User Committee during Barcelona Summit
and finally landed to User Committee Charter.
Also, emphasizing election activities regarding Board Directors,
Technical Committees, User Committees, and PTLs will imply that OpenStack
governance is made with community activities and votes.
Finding who were elected and reading the candidacy would be meaningful
as exercises.

The slides will be uploaded to the repo and linked to the web
after the training. This patch only adds it as the last session
for Day 1.

While reviewing the content today I noticed that it appears
that I cannot have an image and text on a slide. I created
a new slide and moved the line. I also got feedback while
running through this deck that we should add a description of
voting and non-voting jobs. So, that content is also added.

Added mentions and links to sessions for project onboarding and the

During review of the upstream training slides is was decided
that the existing detailed overview of Jenkins was not as
helpful. We decided to generalize the topic a bit to talk
about Zuul and the different types of gates.
This patch removes the old content and renames the slides
accordingly. The content now introduces status.openstack.org ,
explains Zuul and the different pipelines. Talks about how to
find logs and investigate elastic-recheck failures. As with
other updates things have are more exercise focused.

Update community numbers and add a slide for generic guidance
on metrics.
Remove analytics.o.o slides as that page is not maintained and widely
used currently.

Some of the steps on the last page of the Closing Exercise slides
was not clear. This patch rewords a couple of the bullet points
to make it clearer what the students should do.
This patch also moves this content to the archive section given that
we did not feel we would get to this during the training session.
The team feels that time is better spent on individual project
deep dives.

- some trainees might not be familiar with vi editor environment.
Let's specify nano for beginners but mention that the preference
is up to students.
