Jay S. Bryant 4efdd1cb1d [upstream] update/improve content - Project Status and Zuul

Boston was the first time we presented a section on the
Project Status and Zuul pages.  Some of the content was
not well thought out or well organized.

This patch adds some more details with additional screen shots
that follow along the process of using the status page and
better explain elastic rechecks.

Slides for Upstream Training

The files are based on teaching material provided originally by Loic Dachary as ODP files. Converted to RST text in order to be converted by Hieroglyph in convenient HTML5 slides.

Install tox

Install tox using pip:

pip install tox

Build the presentation

Build the presentation using tox:

tox -e upstream-slides

You should be able to see the slides at the given location: training-guides/doc/upstream-training/build/slides.

These are HTML5 slides and should open with any modern web browser.
