The existence of two sets of install scripts in the labs directory is bound to cause confusion. This patch removes the old scripts. They remain in the git history if we ever need to take a look at them. Change-Id: I003602e0db9cada5e2aac75d12dcd92f83e6ae31

Training Labs will provide scripts to automate the creation of the Training Environment.
Note: Training Labs are specifically meant for OpenStack Training and are specifically tuned as per Training Manuals repo.
