Daniel Abad f21e0d6343 Add a note if no events and modify task ex.2 
If there are no upcoming "OpenStack Days" events, why not
suggesting to organize one.

In parallel, I got confused by the "post a comment on a
blueprint" since it is not technicaly possible to "comment"
so I thought it could be worth modifying the text

Learning Exercise

  • Open the Events section of the Contributor Guide
  • Read the material
  • Ask the mentors questions
  • Get ready to go through the exercises

Exercise 1

  • Look up an OpenStack Days event close to where you live that you would be interested in attending
  • In case there are no events planned, how about organizing one in your area?

Exercise 2

  • Look up the location and dates of the next PTG

Exercise 3

  • Look up the location and dates of the next Summit/Forum
